Skybiz Global Trade and Investments (SGTI) is a trade and investments boutique focused on Trade and Capital Investments Development apart from assets built up through the expertise of its Founders and Partners. Skybiz is selective while developing the capital into mid-sized privately held companies, small divisions of public companies and selectively early-stage Companies as well. Skybiz is focused on such capital investments into Companies and Assets where it could create considerable value additions in their development and expansion.
In the current scenario, when the organizations are trying to meet up to the challenges, we support those organizations with whom we are partnered through our entourage to navigate through these shifts and give them the needed support to thrive forward to higher plateau. We disrupt, transform and derive novel solutions that are proprietary and are different from the traditional way to manage those businesses and create innovative values. We work along with our Investors, Family Offices to identify opportunities for them through our identified circles, values and focused returns without any excessive risk.
Skybiz Global Trade and Investments was established in London for the development of trade, capital investments and assets, through various enterprising projects. It was founded by a team of vibrant Corporate Executives who devoted a considerable part of their careers to build-up and strengthen the brand leaders in its various stages of Investments Management in various segments that includes precision Engineering, Infrastructure, IT, Agri, Holiday and Hospitality properties etc., as well as in Strategic Business Consulting.
STAGE
We develop investments through our key principals and partners as well as through commercial trade into early-stage or established ventures seeking expansion and diversification. We do not encourage technology, products or services which risks in its proof of concept or practical solutions. However, we are well-positioned to support those identified organizations through niche strategies and business scale-up adding wings to their vision. We strive to participate in Companies where the capital will accelerate the revenue growth, drive efficiencies and evolve strategic acquisitions.
FINANCIALS
While flexible around revenue and EBITDA requirements, we generally do not encourage capital investments into pre-revenue companies or in the single focused companies.
SECTORS
We encourage development of investments in a selective range of business sectors, i.e., from the latest emerging technologies to old-world industries and projects. Our team has experience in various projects especially in those sectors of Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing& IT in Aerospace, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, Agriculture, Beverages as well as Sports, Advertising/Media, Business Services, CRM, Energy Enterprises & Renewables, Real Estate – Holiday properties, etc.
